Facebook makes 5-year deal with FarmVille company Zynga
Zynga — the games company behind FarmVille, Mafia Wars, and plenty of controversy — couldn’t exist without Facebook. Likewise, Facebook probably wouldn’t be as big as it is without Zynga’s addictive games. That’s why the two companies have officially agreed to continue their symbiotic relationship for five more years. The agreement includes increased use of Facebook Credits as the currency of Zynga games.
The press release is very vague about the terms of the agreement, and it doesn’t mention whether any money changed hands, or whether Zynga will get privileges other developers don’t have. It’s clear that both companies have to keep one another happy, because Zynga games are played by over 200 million Facebook users, and Facebook is (nearly) Zynga’s entire business model.
According to the most specific part of the release, “Zynga is currently testing Facebook Credits in select games and will expand to more titles over the coming months. Terms of the agreement between Facebook and Zynga were not disclosed.”

What a great post my friend. I am a facebook addict and mostly spend my time playing some games and just chatting out with my family. Surely, there are so many ways we can use facebook and I really love using it. I hope they have something more new to come for all of us.
